monday morning - sweet self care

Do you feel loved? 

Your self-care challenge for the week this week is to feel the love.
Allow yourself to accept compliments with a simple smile and thank you.
Cuddle with your pets or your kids or your grandkids.
Call your best friends and ask them to remind you why they love you.
Get seriously romantic with your partner.
Reread your love letters, your good reviews, your testimonials, your kudos.

Most of all, show yourself the love all week.
Give the self-criticism, even the self-improvement, a summer holiday.
Smile to yourself.
Be tender with yourself.
In your journal, make a list of 100 things you love about yourself.
