I discovered Belle Mer Graphics a few months ago in my Etsy browsings, and fell in love with the variety of vintage ocean-related prints. I featured the shop in a Curated Craft post, and afterwards Stacey, the shop owner, kindly volunteered to do a giveaway for Artful Life readers.
