We've been indulging in lots of amazing, fresh, beautiful local food. Sunday breakfast was Huevos Rancheros. I used freshly made local organic corn tortillas, melted a little organic cheddar on them, topped with organic white beans, tomatoes from the farm down the road, eggs from next door, a sprinkle of fresh green onion and cilantro, then salsa verde and some sour cream. Soooo good.
