Saturday afternoon was hot, dry, and sunny - the perfect summer day we wait all year for. It was the kind of day that makes you forget that 9 months of the year we need gumboots and therapeutic light boxes just to get along. This glorious Saturday afternoon was spent in my friend LeeAndra's incredible garden. As my friends sipped tea in the shade, I wandered amongst the plants, flagrantly ignoring all the rules of good photography by shooting right into the glaring afternoon sun. These amazing saturated images are the result. Dill, Poppy, Artichoke, and Poppy again.
